Where are you located?

Our business is centered just outside of Detroit, Michigan. All of our packages are shipped out of the Metro Detroit area, so shipping expectations should be built around this knowledge.

Is Hype Stew legit?

Do You Buy Shoes?

If you are local to the Detroit area, then feel free to email us with any sneakers you are looking to sell. Upon verification and inspection, we will present you with an offer and do everything we can to make sure both parties leave happy. If you are looking to sell your sneakers, don’t hesitate to contact us. If you aren’t a local resident, you can still reach out to us but most of our sourcing comes locally.

Do You Have a Physical Store?

We currently operate out of our storage location in Madison Heights, Michigan. Several times a year we host pop up sneaker events in the Detroit area to give our clients a chance to shop with us in person. How do you handle returns?

Our return policies are stated on our Shipping and Returns page (link in the footer). However, when acceptable we do make exceptions to those policies as customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want to be your trusted and reliable source for new and used authentic sneakers, so going above and beyond is just a part of this process.
