All shipments will be fulfilled and sent out within 2 business days of purchase from our Metro Detroit facility. Return and Refund Policy

The return will be issued upon passing inspection to ensure the item is in the same condition as it was during the time of ship. We urge all customers to check their sneakers at the time of receival as our refund policy covers the item within 30 days.

If after inspection it is found that the item did not pass refund standards the buyer will have 2 options, have the order delivered back to them at their expense, or have the item relisted for consignment with a 20% fee.
